Enough of the NFL already…enough of the mainstream media’s offering of oppression, depression, aggression, suppression, along with the Washington’s unending wars.
Enough of the ugliness of modern era….enough of the willfully ignorant who choose to take the media and governments’ strap-on of idiocy as the headband of coherent thought.
Enough of berating the common folk for thinking of goodness and kindness toward our fellow traveler, no matter how far away from us they may be – enough of Washington’s delirious penchant for destroying others’ lives, enough of the mainstream media’s daily output, casting white against black, rich against poor, religious against non, left against right and any other stick they can poke into another’s eye to foment more and more hate.
It isn’t the “season” quite yet…but so what. It might just be the last wonderful time of the year.
So that you’ll hear this classic (as it might be rare to hear it otherwise) – here is the “slotz” that most love to listen to, whether they admit it or not. If it reminds you of time of innocence, and maybe of a time of acceptance of any and all of God’s creations….that’s probably a good thing.
