The local feed store has gotten extremely nosey lately – wanting to know how many chickens I have, if they are vaccinated, where I house them, the breed they are etc etc.

the next step of killing the world and the planet. bullshit bird flu. I have heard these monsters in human clothing state all birds should be killed. All wild birds. all poultry. all turkeys. kill them all. apparently they think killing something equals ‘curing’ it of a man made disease.
those insane scientists and medical establishments both for humans and animals use the pcr test…the exact same one they used to hoax covid. they use that to justify the killing of all chickens, turkeys and other birds they test. part of the cull of the whole planet. not just people. all life is being attacked.
all it takes is a small amount of critical thinking to ask who profits from the next great lie? Ask how you cure an illness by killing the creature that SUPPOSEDLY has it? how is that a cure? depopulating a whole species? wiping out a food supply ? for an illness that doesn’t exist outside the diseased minds of those claiming to have ”found it”?
nice word ‘depopulaton’. it is what they are doing to the whole world. every human, every tree, every birds, plant, animals, or fish is subject to be ”reset”…depopulated to make room for the great reset where no life exists except what those monsters want to exist….the reset is a total annihilation of all life and they are getting done…easily with thunderous applause of the masses who soon will not be cheering their starvation. will they remember who their real enemy is? I doubt…too stupid to see. to blind to see!
it takes 2 years at least to rebuild a flock of birds and raise them to a weight that they can be killed and eaten. 2 years before they are laying eggs on a daily basic. not that the factory farms should be continued. i think it is a good thing they are being destroyed but that is a food supply for the folks all across the country and they allow it to continue based on a lie…..a con job the likes of which has never been seen in the history of the world. the worst tyrant in the world couldn’t have come up with a better con then this one!

Not to take ANYTHING away from points concerning the well characterized INSANITY — AND, if you raise “meat birds”, then Cornish Cross go from fluffy yellow chicks to 5 – 8 pounds in about 6 to 8 weeks. Wife and I, homesteading in northern Kalifornication (2005 – 2021), would usually raise flocks of 25 or 50 birds in a wave. The cheeping chicks came in a box via the USPS! We butchered them ourselves. A Featherman deplucker an absolute must!!
As for egg production, whether raised as chicks or started from pullets, hens (different breeds) begin to lay at about 5 to 6 months of age, sometimes later depending on the season. All this at a homesteading level, of course — commercial operations may well take longer to get going! In the meantime, mean times upon us BIG time, secure access to fertilized eggs, consider placing them under a “broody hen” or try a “hatching device” (incubator). Start NOW. Do not wait.
