A US state says it will offer young people a $100 (£72) savings bond if they receive a Covid-19 vaccine.

West Virginia says it hopes the payment for those aged 16 to 35 will “motivate” them to get the jab.

“Our kids today probably don’t really realise just how important they are in shutting this thing down,” State Governor Jim Justice said on Monday.

West Virginia had been among the top US states for vaccination rates, but progress has slowed in recent weeks.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday announced a new bid to boost coronavirus vaccinations: Receive your first dose in May and get a free beer.

“We’re not going to be afraid to try new things,” Murphy said as he unveiled the new program, dubbed “Shot and a Beer,” at a press briefing.

Thirteen New Jersey-based breweries are participating in the program — which is only available to state residents ages 21 years and older, Murphy specified.

Those New Jerseyans will have to show their vaccine cards as proof before receiving their reward, the Democratic governor said.

The breweries themselves are footing the bill for the free drinks, said Murphy, who suggested more beer-makers could soon be added to the list.

And maybe even more sadly, what dumbshit beer-makers have signed on to promoting supplementation of chemical goo into the innocents? It’s good for future sales, maybe, as those who fall for the notion that a vial of battery acid will protect their asses from a virus that has a 99% recovery rate, might need a few belts to calm themselves from the understanding that they’ve been played by these shyters.

US President Joe Biden has announced that his administration now aims to have 70% of the population partially vaccinated and 160 million fully protected by July 4. Biden also pleaded with skeptics to get the shot.

With his administration meeting its goal of administering 200 million doses of coronavirus vaccines in its first 100 days, Biden set a new target on Tuesday: to have 70% of the adult population covered with a first dose, and 160 million people fully vaccinated by Independence Day. $100 bonds (what a joke), free beer, movie popcorn, days off, steak dinners and cash rewards –  pokes of chemical goo, folks…WTF! This is what we accept as the standard to our health?  Get the fuck outta here.

Remember, just a scant 14 months ago, it was 2 weeks to flatten the curve.  And what is it now, other than total shitfuckery from these demons.

And if you believe that this president will be celebrating anything come July 4th, other than the ability still left to him to crawl into bed after milk and cookies, think again.
