Another government figure has been slammed for lecturing people to stay home to keep COVID cases down, while not even bothering to do so himself.
Ontario’s Finance Minister Rod Phillips has been slammed for asking people to ‘make sacrifices’ and forget about going on holiday, while himself jetting off to the Caribbean.
Sacrifices for thee, but not for me.
When it emerged that Phillips had left the country, breaking the ‘non-essential travel’ mandate, he was forced to issue an apology, claiming he “deeply” regretted traveling and “it was a mistake and I apologize.”
“I left on a personally paid trip to St. Barts on Dec. 13 following the end of the Legislative session,” Phillips noted claiming he was “making arrangements to return to Ontario immediately and will begin a 14-day quarantine as soon as I arrive.”

All these shysters have to do is issue some bullshit, ‘heartfelt’ apology, telling the unwashed that they will begin a 14-day quarantine that probably is nothing more than experiencing the same Caribbean holiday they just experienced, with their pockmarked asses exposed at whatever resort, and all is right with the world.

A woman in the UK was arrested by police after she filmed a video inside an almost completely empty hospital and posted it online.
The clip shows the woman walking through virtually empty corridors and filming empty wards at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
“This is a disgrace…it is so dead…all the people in our country desperately waiting for treatment, cancer treatment heart disease, honestly this is making me so angry,” she states as she films a row of empty waiting chairs.
