Psychopath’s abound and are seemingly self-multiplying overnight these days. And they seem to take on a particular sanctimonious stench with the mother of all holidays approaching, Christmas, a holy day turned into a personal debt-inducing season for the benefit of lousy, plastic-peddling corporations, where the sanctimonious will take every opportunity afforded to them to tell you of the psychotic rumblings in their heads.
And as the season approaches where inordinate amounts of time have to be spent family, relatives, in-laws, and if your really unfortunate, with friends and know-it-alls who will allow you to spend your time with them during the holidays, watching them engage with anyone other than you who sits across the dining room table from them, as they chronicle every excruciatingly boring detail of their lives with people who mostly could give a shyte – one must take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and think a bit of the beautiful – which typically means thinking of anything other than a human giving you advice.
And a bit of the beautiful bounty from the heavens in the form of a fruit, seems to be much more in order to dwell upon as millions prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ by exchanging human-made junk, and ignoring conversations from friends and family members because an incoming, inane, insipid and gloriously insignificant text or comment popping up on their hand held radiation devices every 5 minutes or so, is much more important than real conversation.

Study confirms the anti-tumor effects of Pomegranates – via naturalnews.com
One of the natural products that have shown potential use as alternative treatments to cancer is the pomegranate (Punica granatum) fruit. Countless studies have looked into the anticancer potential of pomegranate. However, it wasn’t until recently that researchers from Brazil were able to observe pomegranate’s anticancer properties in an in vivo study. Their findings, which were published in the Journal of Medicinal Plants Research, included the potential systemic effects of pomegranate, which were not evaluated in previous in vitro studies.
Pomegranate fruit has long been used as a traditional remedy for health problems such as sore throats, coughs, urinary tract infections, digestive disorders, skin disorders, and arthritis. With the current advancements in science, researchers were able to identify the bioactive compounds in the fruit that are potentially involved in these applications. They found that pomegranates are rich in tannins like punicalagin, punicalin, gallic acid, ellagic acid, and ellagic acid derivatives. Existing publications also attribute the healing, antimicrobial, chemopreventive, and antitumor effects of pomegranates to these compounds.
And yet, contrary to many humans navel-gazing, self-centered ideas that history started the minute they were born, and not a moment before – and that nothing that may have happened before their un-immaculate conception took place – Mother Earth, God, or the committee of dolphins who started this nutty experiment, did leave a host of natural benefits to our health…from just one frickin’ piece of fruit.
Cast your eyes on these health benefit gems from this simple fruit:
Pomegranate juice also provides other health benefits in addition to its anti-cancer benefits. Here are some of them:
It is rich in antioxidants: Pomegranate juice is packed with antioxidants. In fact, it contains higher antioxidant levels than most other fruit juices. It is also three times rich er in antioxidants than red wine and green tea. These antioxidants can help eliminate free radicals from the body, protect cells from damage, and fight inflammation.
It is rich in vitamins: Pomegranate juice can provide more than 40 percent of the daily vitamin C requirement. Make sure to drink homemade or fresh pomegranate to get the most of vitamin C as this vitamin can be broken down when pasteurized. Pomegranate is also a good source of other nutrients, including folate, potassium, and vitamin K.
It is good for the brain: A study found that drinking eight ounces of pomegranate juice every day may enhance learning and memory. The antioxidant content of the juice may also help to slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. (Related: Pomegranate juice shown to halt Alzheimer’s disease progression.)
It aids in digestion: The anti-inflammatory properties of pomegranate juice may help improve the digestive function, especially in people with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and other inflammatory bowel diseases.
It supports heart health: Drinking pomegranate juice may also protect the heart and arteries as it enhances blood flow and prevents arteries from being stiff and thick. It may also stall plaque growth and cholesterol buildup in the arteries. In addition, it may help lower systolic blood pressure. – vianaturalnews.com
Jesus, Mary and Joseph! And all this is just some of the benefits from just ONE piece of fruit! And even more astounding is that it isn’t taken in via a vat of chemicals from the flu shot, the measles shot, the shingles shot, or any of the myriad of injected poisons that our caring government and their pharmaceutical associates want us to think is necessary for health.
It is good and proper to treat ourselves right, both physically and mentally. Physically, we have the miracles of nature in the form of real food provided to us for physical sustenance.
Mentally, that’s an easy one… just remember, sanctimonious a-holes are always just that…a-holes!
