‘The Wealthiest and Freest Country in the World’

You know how it goes…you’re sitting alone, whether in a private of public setting, and the thought hits you just as you take a hit of your morning latte – man, life is really f**k’d up.

Whenever one waivers a bit and thinks, Hmmm, things just might be getting better – if one is paying any attention to the psychopath’s in Washington making life a little bit worse day by day for Americans, and a whole lot worse for brown-colored skin people in any of the countries Washington is dropping 121 bombs a day on – one catches the scent of guano from one of the planet’s most splendid examples of a human body operating without a brain – let alone compassion, kindness or empathy, and concludes that shyte, and only shyte is rewarded in Washington: (like this is news)

Responding to Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-Vt.) call for the Trump administration to take immediate action to address extreme poverty in the U.S. after a United Nations report found that tens of millions of Americans are suffering “massive levels of deprivation,” U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley declared in a letter to Sanders on Thursday that it is “patently ridiculous” for the U.N. to even examine poverty in America because it is “the wealthiest and freest country in the world.” – via commondreams.org

‘Twitdom’ personified from this arrogant, warmongering tart. If only entities the likes of Ms. Haley would crawl back into the crevice of Gehenna they originated from – planet earth might stand a chance.

Obviously, Ms. Haley hasn’t ventured into any of the poorest sections of any city in the U.S., and witnessed anything outside her particularly arrogant worldview that life is grand for all in America because the U.S. is the “wealthiest and freest country in the world” – and just because this nitwit utters such imbecilic words, that’s enough to make it so. Who knew that being the wealthiest and freest country in the world automatically negates any form of poverty? The world and all its many splendors and ugliness, always provides idiots like Ms. Haley to show us the way toward the freak show in their minds that no living creature should follow.

These are the people in charge in Washington. Whether it is Trump and Congress authorizing $717 Billion for fiscal 2019 to the military industrial complex while many of their very own citizens in the “wealthiest and freest” country in the world can’t afford healthcare, can’t afford housing, are homeless – where American soldiers fight Washington’s (undeclared) wars, and private military contractor’s are being paid up to 12 times more than what the average American soldier is paid to fight the same (undeclared) wars; – where $21 TRILLION (that’s not a typo) can’t be accounted for in spending by the Pentagon – indeed, it is one wealthy country where vermin are rewarded for their calloused, haughty and “screw you” attitude toward anyone who doesn’t believe their incessant lies, manipulation of the truth and love of death for any innocents who just happen to live in a country on Washington’s regime change hit-list.

Psychopath’s like Ms. Haley, John Bolton, Mike Pompeo have lives free from viewing, much less acknowledging anything outside their demented version of what life is like for the little people in the wealthiest and freest country in the world. They could care less.

A good, decent and inspiring life can be explored by so many who have come before us, and even those still living among us. RFK, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Dostoyevsky, Flannery O’Connor, Tolstoy, Twain, HL Mencken, C.S. Lewis, Chesterton, Chris Hedges, Abby Martin, Jimmy Dore, Lee Camp, John Rutherford and Dr. Paul Craig Roberts…to name just a few from the past, and the living, who, though not perfect, have been, and are dedicated to the truth.

Instead, America seems satisfied with those who haven’t a second thought of the innocent lives ended because of their arrogant and deplorable disregard for life outside their cocoon of insanity.

We continue to allow them to rule us, to speak for us, defining their lies as the truth the world must follow.

And where has Washington’s current demons and their constant hatred of the truth and disregard for the lives of innocents, along with those turds before them who espoused the same insanity – what has it brought us? We are no more closer to the ideals Christ set forth a couple of thousand of years ago – the ideals these demons purport to believe in, and with hand over heart, hypnotize Americans into thinking they believe.

God, Mother Earth or the committee of dolphins who started this grand comedy have provided plenty of gems of human kind to show us the way…sadly, we continue to ignore them all.
