Works of mercy are those that tend to the bodily needs of other creatures. They are being practiced in thousands of ways in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. It doesn’t matter whether you’re Black, White, Brown; whether you’re a woman, man or child, doesn’t matter your religion, social standing or political views…it doesn’t matter if you’re one of our furry creature friends – people helping other people…and other creatures.
