While the conglomerate of tricksters and frauds, a/k/a the mainstream media here in America would have us obsessed with everything unimportant, bland, ridiculous and just plain insane, check out the little goody making it’s way through the hallowed halls of criminals, ne’er-do-wells and con-artists residing in Washington at taxpayer expense and yet, not a whisper of a report about it from the establishment media:
Human Rights Watch issues urgent warning over a new “Back the Blue” law in Congress — Last week, the human rights organization penned a letter to Sens. Chuck Grassley and Dianne Feinstein condemning the pro-law enforcement legislation, which is currently making its way through both the House and Senate. Human Rights Watch (HRW) says H.R. 2437 and S.B. 1134 “[a]mend civil rights laws to severely limit private citizens’ ability to hold police accountable for their violations of the law.”
It also removes incentives for officers to refrain from abusive behavior against citizens. Additionally, it imposes mandatory minimum sentences for those convicted of causing “bodily injury” to officers, “defined to include injuries as minimal as a cut, an abrasion, a bruise or even just the temporary feeling of physical pain.” The letter claims “The ‘Back the Blue Act,’ which purports to protect law enforcement officers from violence, does not propose any meaningful measures to advance this important goal of keeping officers safe. Instead, it would weaken police accountability and do serious damage to existing tools for the protection of civil rights.”
The bill is currently in a judiciary committee, and HRW concluded its letter by urging lawmakers to reject it. Considering the continued police violence that plagues the United States — officers have already claimed nearly 400 lives so far this year, with few facing appropriate ramifications for their violence — the legislation appears to be a step in the wrong direction. Yes – much better to have the masses all in a lather with endless hysteria over Comey, Griffin, Theresa May and other assorted weasels than report on the heavy-handed police state being ratcheted up, or any other truth not reported, for that matter. Propaganda, in the form of just not telling us the truth, has and continues to serve the establishment well.
The “police state” takes on many forms. From the draconian laws in many states for possessing cannabis where an ex-Marine faces life in prison over 1 ounce of cannabis to treat his PTSD, to the government, with a heavy assist from corporations, spying on Americans for whatever reason they want. Obviously, it’s reported in the “alternative media” but chances are it’ll never show up in the establishment media.
A population dumbed-downed and ignorant. The efforts to keep the truth from the public has been going on for years.

The indifference of law schools, bar associations, federal courts, Congress, and the American population to the police state practices that now characterize the US government is evidence that liberty no longer exists in the United States.
Despite the massive evidence, many, probably most, Americans still cannot believe that their government would intentionally do anything wrong. Yes, mistakes happen, but we must not throw out the baby with the bathwater.
This insouciant attitude, which defines the American population, explains why Americans prefer to dismiss scientists, experts, and truth-tellers as “conspiracy theorists” than to accept that their government is guilty of false flag attacks. The gullible and naive population holds on to this absurd belief despite the complete documentation of Operation Gladio, Operation Northwoods, the Gulf of Tonkin fake incident, and so on. One of the most frustrating experiences is the American who says, “If there was a conspiracy, someone would have talked.” Yes, of course, they do talk, and it has no effect whatsoever.
The same is true for the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy. The evidence is conclusive from eye witnesses, films, autopsies, and expert testimony that the assassinations of JFK and RFK were conspiracies.
As for 9/11, more than one hundred first responders (fireman and police) and WTC maintenance personnel who were in the twin towers have testified that they heard and experienced multiple explosions inside the towers before barely escaping with their lives. Maintenance personnel have testified that the first explosions were in the sub-basement before the plane hit the tower. Demolition experts have testified that the buildings were without any doubt brought down by controlled demolition. Three thousand architects and engineers have said that the official story is impossible. Independent scientists have published their findings that the residue of the towers contains reacted and unreacted nano-thermite. But all of this talk has had no effect on the official coverup. The experts are dismissed as “conspiracy theorists,” a term that the CIA introduced into political discourse to discredit those who exposed the coverup of President Kennedy’s assassination.
Everytime I hear someone say “someone would have talked” when in fact legions did talk, my hope for my country ratchets downward.
With Theresa May’s answer to terror being to restrict the internet, to Google’s censorship of whatever they see fit to censor and then throw in the mainstream media’s constant shenanigans of fabrications, lies and omission of the truth, and you are left with a State that believes and practices that the less you know, the better, and what you know will only be provided by them.
This term for insidious propaganda, first used by Edward Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud and inventor of modern public relations, has never been more apt. “False reality” requires historical amnesia, lying by omission and the transfer of significance to the insignificant.
