When the Whirlwind Breathes

“For all Republicans criticizing me for high gas prices in America, are you now saying we were wrong to support Ukraine and stand up to Putin?” Biden asked. “Are you saying that we’d rather have lower gas prices in America than Putin’s iron fist in Europe? I don’t believe that.”

Poor Joey!  So flippin’ deranged he hasn’t a clue what high gas prices does to the everyday citizen, (nor does he care) and as far as “Putin’s iron fist in Europe”….where?  All we’ve been told by the corporate media shysters is that Ukraine is winning.

And as far as Democrats and Republicans…maybe staffers at the White House will whisper the latest into Joey’s ear as he’s being tucked into bed, counting demons as he drifts off dreaming of what circle of Hell he might end up in.

The cost of shipping has added another variable to the complicated global inflation and energy crisis. According to the Baltic Exchange data as reported by Bloomberg, hauling rates have reached a high not seen since April 2020.

The TC-5 passage commonly used to transport fuel from the Middle East to Japan cost around $61 per day in February. That same voyage costs an alarming $50,000 per day. Shipping costs from the US to Brazil on route TC-18 spiked from $3,800 per day in February to a high of $37,000 daily. The world is reliant on these fuels, and demand is expected to rise 6% this year alone.

Europe shot itself in the foot by eliminating its usage of Russian oil. The US and Canada similarly created their own energy crises by becoming reliant on fuel imports. A tax holiday or similar temporary bandage will not help the ongoing crisis that will certainly last beyond the Russia-Ukraine [and West’s proxy] war. – via armstrongeconomics.com

The cost of ‘winning’ this war just keeps escalating and escalating:

Biden Says US Will Beef Up Military Presence in Europe as NATO Summit Begins in Madrid – via antiwar.com
Speaking with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, Biden said the US will increase the number of US Navy Destroyers stationed at a naval base in Rota, Spain, from four to six.
The president said that this was the first of multiple announcements the US and NATO will make at the summit on increasing their forces in Europe, steps being taken in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“And as I said before the war started: If Putin attacked Ukraine, United States would enhance our force posture Europe and respond to the reality of a new European security environment,” Biden told reporters.
“I’ll be laying out additional steps the United States is going to take with our NATO colleagues as our — in our summit tomorrow,” he added.
The US currently has over 100,000 troops stationed in Europe for the first time since 2005. Tens of thousands of US troops were sent to the continent around the time Russia invaded Ukraine, and Washington is looking to make the number of assigned troops in Europe reflect those currently deployed.
Stoltenberg described the alliance’s plans as “the biggest overhaul of our collective defense and deterrence since the Cold War.” NATO preparing for its largest military buildup in decades as it is pumping weapons into Ukraine also means the risk of nuclear war is at its highest since the end of the Cold War.

But wait…there’s more candy canes and lollipops:

Biden has also stated that “Well, we’ll get through at least this year. We do need more money. But we don’t just need more money for vaccines for children, eventually. We need more money to plan for the second pandemic.

“There’s going to be another pandemic,” Biden continued. “We have to think ahead, and that’s not something the last outfit did very well. That’s something we’ve been doing fairly well, that’s why we need the money.”  (valiantnews.com)

Thank the gods these psychofuck’s are planning for their next scamdemic.  They’ve done remarkably well with their first one:

“And when he had put his hand on mine with a cheerful look, wherefrom I took courage, he brought me within to the secret things. Here sighs, laments, and deep wailings were resounding through the starless air; wherefore at first I wept there at. Strange tongues, horrible utterances, words of woe, accents of anger, voices high and faint, and sounds of hands with them, were making a tumult which whirls always in that air forever dark, like the sand when the whirlwind breathes.” ― Dante Alighieri, Inferno
