Whenever government dickheads do the right thing, they quickly realize their ‘error’ (probably under some type of coercion from the shitheads ruling over them) and barf up backtracking sequences to cover for the right thing they did, with heaps of shitfuckery – it’s called standard procedures.
OSHA Pulls Guidance Stating Employers May be Held Liable for ‘Adverse Reactions’ If They Mandate Vaxx – by Chris Menahan – via InformationLiberation
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration threw workers under the bus over the weekend by pulling their new guidance which stated that employers may be held liable for “any adverse reactions” if they mandate employees take COVID-19 vaccines “as a condition of their employment.”
Oh dear! Government butter sticks having a melt-down, allowing employers to totally fuck their employees – what else is new with government shysters, morons and idiots?
On April 20, OSHA released a new FAQ on their website stating that if employers require their employees to be vaxxed “then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related” (and therefor must be recorded for, at the very least, worker compensation claims).
OSHA appears to have caved to political pressure and scrapped their own well-thought-out, pro-worker guidance after just one month so as not to “disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”OSHA was created to protect workers’ rights and instead it’s trampling all over them on behalf of Big Pharma.
“Encouraging COVID-19 vaccinations” comes before protecting workers’ rights.
Despite OSHA’s disgraceful actions, OSHA states on their own FAQ that their “guidance is not a standard or regulation, and it creates no new legal obligations.”

NBA: LeBron Violated Covid Rules by Attending Tequila Event – via breitbart.com
LeBron James’ recent appearance at a promotional event violated NBA coronavirus protocols, a league spokesman said.
Before LeBron and the Lakers took on the Warriors in a play-in game to clinch the 7-seed in the NBA playoffs, James attended a promotional event for the Lobos 1707 tequila company. James is a shareholder in the tequila brand and was one of several celebrities, including actor Michael B. Jordan and rapper Drake, to attend the promotion.
You see boys and girls, whatever outhouse of shit the government tells you, the ordinary citizen to abide thereof…their favorite shysters have immunity from.
The league’s attitude toward quarantine could be changed if they had proof that James has been vaccinated. However, the superstar forward has steadfastly maintained his privacy, calling the decision on whether to get vaccinated is “family talk.”
Such choice bird guano.
Try claiming ‘family talk’ with your employer, university, or local hair dressing shop who insist you are properly poked before either working for them, paying for their fucking insane curriculum, or walking into their place of business to buy their overpriced shit. ‘Family talk’…yeah, that’ll work!
When God, Mother Earth, or the Committee of Dolphins who started this beauty that they’ve allowed to be turned into a cesspool of utter madness, decide to come back from the unearthly vacation they’ve allowed themselves for the past few thousand years – will heavenly ineptitude be trotted out as the culprit of believing in pure evil, or just the absolute stupidity of the common human?
“All government, in its essence, is a conspiracy against the superior man: its one permanent object is to oppress him and cripple him. If it be aristocratic in organization, then it seeks to protect the man who is superior only in law against the man who is superior in fact; if it be democratic, then it seeks to protect the man who is inferior in every way against both. One of its primary functions is to regiment men by force, to make them as much alike as possible and as dependent upon one another as possible, to search out and combat originality among them. All it can see in an original idea is potential change, and hence an invasion of its prerogatives. The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And even if he is not romantic personally he is very apt to spread discontent among those who are.” ―
