“Whenever I’m asked why Southern writers particularly have a penchant for writing about freaks, I say it is because we are still able to recognize one.” ―
The gift of recognizing the freaks among us appears to have come and gone.

Or, you just may be suffering from a seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
What’s your favorite thing about summer? Whether it’s pool parties, backyard barbecues or even a well-deserved vacation to your dream destination, basking under the summer sun can be lots of fun. But for some, it’s downright depressing. This anomaly to how most people respond to bright sunny days is called reverse seasonal affective disorder (SAD). – via healthnutnews.com
Ever since playing a round of golf, in 100 degree heat back when I was a 19 year old a-hole, donning no cap or headgear – I unsurprisingly suffered sunstroke. Now that I am a 63 year old fart, the sun still is a pain in the ass to me. Ah, the folly of youth and what it has wrought.
But having a brain bake, where the mind is melded into a slop of goo – this is most advantageous for the hip, the incurably stupid and depressingly sick to take advantage of. You know, government shysters; hipster Hollywood a-holes and other modern era degenerates who haven’t ever experienced a sliver of the dawn of thought, to tell you that they know, and you don’t.
The current disorder of the American mind is breathtaking to behold.
Ugliness, moronic thought and thinking absent an original thought the fucktards in government and media present each day – is the celebrated f**kery of the day.
Yet, what else is there?
Plenty!
You know it in your hearts. You go to sleep knowing it….you wake each day hoping it will flourish.
It is nothing more than the understanding that you those whom you love, those of your family, those of your kin – those of your friends, just those whom you love, for whatever and all reasons – that they will continue to be loved…as you love them.
