Deep In Our Bones…We Know

Deep in our bones we know it’s all wrong, it’s all gone mad – we’re so far away from what we are, or from even knowing who we are.

We rely on social media to dictate how we perceive ourselves, comparing what we have,  to the made-up shyte others on social media say they have. This is the barometer of a fulfilling life in this age of insanity.

We listen with great intent (here and there, in between the latest texts of “nothingness” we’ve received) to the propagandists in government and corporate media, outlining the BS they want us to follow.

Sadly, for the most part, we follow their insanity…only to find ourselves racked in more misery, more drudgery and more madness.

Yet, when the bed covers are tucked neatly under out chins each night, there probably is the slightest of cries to the heavens to help us.

But the “heavens” always provide the answers, if we might take even the slightest of steps toward listening to the messages .

PLUGGED IN: The True Toxicity of Social Media Revealed (Mental Health Documentary)

The aging parent on their last journey around the sun who look to us for our compassion and empathy…with the dawn of each new day – they hope to hear from us or see us.

Our siblings or dear friends, diagnosed with life-ending diseases – they silently wait for our compassion and empathy.

The homeless, the poor, the forgotten – they have the quiet, yet nearly impossible hope that we who have, will remember they who have not.

As the world continues to unravel, with the psychopath’s daily charge dumped on us that we must continue to ingest their f**kery – we know, deep in our bones, that we all that is left to us is to reject their treachery, their lies, their barrel full of BS, and dedicate ourselves to truth, to compassion and empathy.

As some distant relative that you may have known from ages past but have forgotten – lay their head down this night on a pillow, frightened beyond description that what they face with the coming night, will be their end…reach out to them, if for nothing else but to assure that you are with them as they take their last curtain call.

Reject and speak out against the wars of Washington; do what you can to resist the poisons from the psychopathic a-holes in government and corporate tyrannies, and try to remember that the sufferings of those of your loved ones, those of your family – if not stopped now, will be the needless suffering you will experience when your time comes.

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” ― Leo Buscaglia
