Following Imbeciles

And so goes the tragic tale of how the nearly extinct homo sapien with a working brain feels like when they encounter the riffraff of the rest of humanity who decided it’s in the interest of everyone if they ceased being a human being, and instead opted to be dummies and follow imbeciles.

By 2030 you will not eat meat and you will be allowed only three items of new clothing a year, report says – via expose-news.com

Ahh!  So this will be the constant question uttered aloud when out and about starting in 2030…

A report published in 2019 and re-emphasised in 2023 recommends that by 2030 we will not be permitted to eat meat or dairy products, we will be limited to three items of new clothing per year and one aeroplane flight every three years.  It will start in countries that “consume the most.”

Promising!

Published in 2019, ‘The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World’ report sets out targets for cities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as consistent with the 2015 Paris Agreement ambitions.  What this report aims to do is quantify and then suggest ways for city “leaders” to reduce consumption-based emissions.  In other words, reduce what you and I consume be it food, clothes or travel etc.

The place to start, a press release stated, is with those who consume the most and “consumption-based emissions must be cut by at least 50% by 2030.”

The report outlines six sectors where the world’s cities can take “rapid action to address consumption-based emissions”: food, construction, clothing, vehicles, aviation, and electronics.

The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World was co-created and co-delivered by C40, Arup and the University of Leeds with funding from Arup, University of Leeds and Citi Foundation.   It claims to be an analysis and not a plan but the tone of the report, from the outset, reads like a plan.  The foreword stated:

“The report demonstrates that mayors have an even bigger role and opportunity to help avert climate emergency than previously thought … While the analysis addresses big global questions, its purpose is to inspire practical action … average consumption-based emissions in C40 cities must halve within the next 10 years. In our wealthiest and highest consuming cities that means a reduction of two thirds or more by 2030.” – Mark Watts, Executive Director of C40

“It is now clear that action to reduce consumption will be necessary as part of the global effort to mitigate climate change … The actions set out in the report are challenging and they will be confronting for many, but we think they are necessary … City Mayors can set a vision and convene actors to bring about the changes we describe … The work reported here forces a focus on what a sustainable urban future might look like and helps us to consider what policies, regulations, incentives and behavioural changes will be necessary to transition to a zero-carbon world.” – Gregory Hodkinson, Former Chairman of Arup

The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World, 2019

C40 is a global network of mayors representing one-quarter of the global economy.  It includes almost 100 cities plus 1,143 cities and local governments that have joined C40’s ‘Cities Race to Zero’.  The cities that sign up for the ‘Cities Race to Zero’ commit, among others, to keeping global heating below the 1.5°C goal of the Paris Agreement.

Without reading the numerous reports and recommendations thrown at the ‘Cities Race to Zero’ signatories, it’s not possible to establish if the actions set out in The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World report are specifically included in the action plan.  Why does it matter?  Because if they are, it is not only the 100 or so C40 Cities but more than 1,000 cities that are committing to the report’s reductions in consumer-based emissions. Additionally, we can assume Arup’s network is committing the same.  (full article)

  1. I just don’t remember agreeing to live by their RULE! by their treaty that take away my rights but not their…takes away my abilities to live and breath (they spray the air) and hands it off to corporations and a bunch of losers that should never be allowed to rule a dog let alone a group of people. I never abdicated my rights to the WEF, To the council of MAYORS, governors, presidents. global governments or corporations. my answers to their demands is f-off….try and make me! hope you don’t need your enforcer back! he looks like good meat!

Excuse me but why are people thinking of obeying this horse puck? ‘you will be allowed”….who decides what I am allowed?? I have to laugh at that arrogance! I never agreed to live by their rules! and I am not about to start. my RIGHTS don’t come from THEM! My Rights are a gift from my god.

These megalomaniacs are trying to take those rights. Give themselves the right to decide what happens on planet earth and of course they are exempt from their own rules.Eating meat, traveling, wearing clothing won’t limited….for them and their corporate and government partners. Those Fat toads that are demanding how we live won’t be living the same way!

You will starve to death and live in squalor with rags for clothing. and no shoes for your feet. no water to drink. Their utopia doesn’t include that! live by their diseased minds and you will wake up in the HUNGER GAMES FOR REAL! For God’s Sake people should tell them where to stuff it and no one SHOULD BE crazy enough to try and enforce it because they know they won’t be going home again if they try.

unfortunately that is just a dream. 99.9 % humans left after the covid con injections are domesticated livestock willing to move to any pasture or slaughter house they are told to move to. refusing to fight back and refusing to defend themselves and their families even while armed to the teeth as this country supposedly is they still will obey their masters! Slave in mind, Slaves in Soul, And Slaves in body who can’t conceive of the word NO! and being willing to back it up.

    Isn’t enough enough yet?

They like to apply labels of dates to their insanity. The goals they cook up that we have no say in yet are expected to live by! Not happening in my world…not much left to live for is there in their dream world sounds like hell on earth does it not? why do it go out fighting. and take as many of the bastards are you can with you…if they manage to this there isn’t anything left to live for nothing left to lose! much to gain in a life without THEM IN IT!

  3. The only alternative to blowing one’s brains out is to live in a cabin in the woods with a cat or a dog (or both) and listen to Bach and Mozart and Beethoven &c. masters of soul sustenance which Decker mercifully provides at the end of each of his blowing-brains-out posts.
