Dreaming Like a Flu

When you have the flu, depending upon your proclivity to dream, or maybe if you took the flu jab of chemicals that supposedly, most decidedly, or maybe just in pharmaceutical dreams, keeps you from suffering from those nasty days-in-a-row of feeling like you repeatedly ran yourself into a brick wall – you have dreams a bit stranger than days of relatively good health – or so it seems.

Rather than dreaming that your country wasn’t run by thieves and a cadre of other criminals, or that you just won “gold” in Curling at the upcoming Olympics, you dream that you just walked into the grocery store only to find that you’re the only one not wearing pajama’s; there’s a circus act involving elephants in the fruit section; barefoot protesters are in the meat section; zombies in the pharmaceutical aisles – while you’re frantically searching, trying to distinguish between shopper and worker, since the only reason you came into the grocery store was for a pair of pants. Flu dreams are a blast!

brunel-johnson-368289Living in the matrix 24/7 is like a flu dream.  A plant that God created, a weed – thus one of its nicknames – is still outlawed in most states. Yet, most Americans, who can’t agree on what day of the week it is, can agree that marijuana should be blessedly legal.  Once again, the matrix defining what your reality should be. Want to see if some of the magnificent healing properties from this weed that nature so generously provides might be beneficial to you or your suffering loved ones? Forgot that – the country has a pharmaceutical industry to keep afloat. And you’re portrayed as completely looney if you want to step outside its matrix.

Want to witness the bat-shit crazy matrix, just check out the drudge.report.com – and not to pick on just that outlet, there’s, CNN, Fox, Yahoo, NY Times, Washington Post and many more mainstream outlets that tells you of the many and varied ways that your fellow travelers have completely lost it – and it’s normal – so they would have you believe.

At the beginning or end of the day, most of us just want to be left alone, have the freedom to do what we choose to do, within the realms of a just and honorable society, which sadly, is not the US of A.

Getting in your car for a trip to the grocery store can be a challenge and lead to a very unpleasant experience.  Hearing a word spoken from the United States UN Ambassador to the United Nations can make ones eyes bleed, seeking asylum from her world-ending salivations from the Russian Foreign Minister, no less. It’s so f-ing crazy here that now, the Supreme Court will now decide if the police can track you via your phone.

De-humanization bombards us from every dark and daylight corner – all to make life cheap and of no value. Screw those who want to make it so.

“Network” – I’m A Human Being, My Life Has Value!

The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out… without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H.L. Mencken

Tonight’s festive offering:

Nat King Cole – “The Christmas Song” (1961)

“The Christmas Song (Merry Christmas to You)” is a classic Christmas song written by Mel Tormé and Bob Wells in 1944 and was first recorded by The King Cole Trio in 1946. The song was recorded again in stereophonic version with a full orchestra conducted by Ralph Carmichael using the same arrangement for Nat King Cole’s The Christmas Song album in 1961. – via YouTube.com/Walter Tan
